I was suggesting that when you open your atm, there can be like a little "Loan" button. This button can allow you to loan money from the bank and have it capped off at around 1m-2m. Make it so then players have to pay it back before their next interest bill comes in from their bank or else the bank will take how much you have loaned from the bank and take it away from you. If you dont have enough to pay back, the bank will sell you're cars and houses to try to get the money back.

I don't think you can suggest things like loans. Did you read the stickied topic at the top of the suggestions page?
