At the moment everyone gets a message when an admin executes a command (kick, ban, warn and so forth). However, there is no message when someone is shown the rules and it looks like the admins don't do anything about that person.
So, my suggestion is to add a little message that says "%s has been shown the rules" (where %s is the players name).
+1..
So afterall the spam the server has you want more spam?

I would say, i fully agree with this.
So many times, people complain and they dont know we took action already.
It is maybe silly, but i think it would work out fine for all staff when all players know, that action was taken already. :)

-1 No need for more chat spam, to put it bluntly nobody gives a shit if someone got the Rules shown.
+1
If someone got show rules by 2 moderators like sometimes happens or 3 moderators it will become spam. There are alot of players that after being showed rules keeps breaking them and you gotta show them again, it also will become spam.
And we show rules for minor stuff that doesnt need to be warned or banned.
If you go and report that guy then your report will be ignored or admins will say theres no enough proof. Trust me, if they didnt got warned its because its not that bad and if they got rules showed you dont gotta care.
^^Maybe it could be filtered, like if someone gets the rules in the face more times (by more admins) in letssay 3 minutes, it is shown only once.
About spam: I consider "XY has finished towing Sadler to garage" is a lot more like spam than this would be.

Oh god no. Just no.
Why not make sure that the rules are displayed on each new registered user (player with 0, 10 and etc. to 50 points. to every logging?

THe thing is that people (like me ^^) can get really angry and just see it as if the admins are not doing anything against it even though they actually are. It is only meant for people to be reminded that there are rules to follow.
-1. Telling on the guy who complains that we took action is just better.
