If it is possible can you make reminder. Something like notes, you will put note and you will set which date to be shown. And right after logging in it will be shown on your screen on that date.

It's possible. I'd find it useful for donating to clubs for parking vehicles.

the same system for the club messageboard/noticeboards could be used for this, except it would get  a name change and some different meanings:D


But i  like it, but its also suggested multiple times before, but if im correct never rejected.

But it don't need to be used just for clubs. For example you loaned some money for xx date and you make the reminder to remind you bout the money. Many examples...
