First of all, I know that many people won't like this idea, this idea just came a few days ago.
So, my idea is that when a cop is in a police car, they could park at the side of the road, and press a button, then the police car would act as a speedcam for about ~30-60sec. Of course there should be some limit to this, so maybe this function could be used 1-3 times per real life hour.
(I don't even have a police badge so don't blame me, this is just an idea. :D)

only police cars? in my country those things you suggest only happens in non cop cars, but anyway, +1
