and how can i do that if its possible

You must learn how to convert using ZModeler or 3D Max. You can find converts on nodding sites.

im pretty sure here are some romanians who can do this , lots of them are very good in zmod or 3ds max and they in few weeks will do i think

why not go to gtainside or gtaworldmods and download the euro truck mods themselves instead of trying to get someone to convert files
