Convoy Trucking

Hi guys, was wondering if someone could edit something for me. It doesnt look like it will take too long.

Basically, the trailer above sometimes spawns with cars on it, i was wondering if someone could change it, so cars are never there? At all?
I have permission from the mod creator to edit it.

He doesn't want cars to be added we wants it so that cars are never on it.
