ok im an newb but i dont think it would be easy to place the stuff because then you need to Map it and then the admins MUST be on 24/7 so they can hear the requests in game C:-)

he means a place where carshows or kind of house party's can be take place.
admins don't need to be online for it because people can start it by a announce for it,
and they can make sure there is beer and other useless stuff xD
so uhm yes i think it will be cool.
maybe it can be added on a new island? that's up to the mappers :)
please tell more about what you wanna see,
maybe try to make and show us some self-made maps?

Fireworks are added for new years, you can make beach parties then.
