pleas help me fast....

Im writing on Microsoft word,  but i got a small small problem....

Instead of doing "Shift + 2 and get this:

I go "Shift + 2 and get this:

pleas help me...

this is really enoying me..

That's wordpad the built in word processor to Windows. Not Microsoft Word of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Also, your problem is that you pirated that copy of Microsoft Word.

what they said.... you could also get the free Openoffice suite which is done by people who worked at Microsoft.. 100%  compatible with MS Word documents, Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc..

I got the free version of the office, and now i just bought a key to the full version.
I only use Office with school work, but this thing (") only works on "Wordpad".
Why?

No i will only use Microsoft office because i love to use it.
I could use this (") before but not now longer...
Why?
Have i disabled something?
