San Andreas is a Sun-State - but on CT it gives to much rain/fog/sandstorm.
On my old RL-Server we get some Drugs and made /drug to get better Weather.
It gives many purple / dark / crazy weather-types for this Function ;)
/edit : this function u can control by cops ... on drugs = fines / wanteds ?
i hope u like my Idea ;)

I like the idea, it is pretty similar to the wine and bear intake and the effects sound even more interesting and cool. I think it would add a little bit more diversity to the game. But unfortunately most of the other responders do not like it. But instead of explaining themselves they rather chose to dismiss you and your idea with pretty idiotic language. :/

Hmm, i think -1. The weather in CVT is unique to areas anyway. If you want to be in good weather do all your missions in lv haha
