I'm not sure which mods from that site you think are "unrealistic". Most of the ones I see are actually pretty well-modded. Some need a bit of clean up (which is actually a project im doing). Anyway, nice mods.

Btw in a Total Convertion called Anderius city or Alien city I added a Delorean that can run like a car and fly like a
pig bird....oh yea! and you can back in time (perfect to escape from cops) :D
