It was meant to be a base from begging ;- Ethan.
So I think nope, too small but could be nice for a little carpark there but there are too many carparks around it.... :P

I dont even know if I still have this map, Mick said no, it wouldnt work as a base because the parking from somewhere nearby would interfere with it... it would be a unique car show spot :)
It should be a parking lot for vehicles.
