Does some one now how to instal the snow mod that stands on the CVT Facebook page

You can use that way or you can get an IMG tool like alci's or sparks and download this http://www.mediafire.com/?1btnbz14z41nrsy.
Before following the steps below I would suggest to make a back up of your GTA3
To use the IMG tool:
1.Open alci's or sparks
2.Open GTA3.img
3.Click on
add"extract if existing" (or something similar to that)
4.Go to the downloaded folder
5.Select all the files and press [enter]
6.When all is done, click
"Rebuild Archive"And your snow mod should work :D
I just deleted by SA-MP Snow mod by mistake :((

Can someone explain once again, step by step how to install this mod? I tried to do it with moondog tutorial but it failed :( nothing changed in game.
first of all: if u have some mods installed and u dont want to lose them u better backup ur gta3.img file
the easiest way:
whole gta3.img file: http://www.mijnbestand.nl/Bestand-VQSDPALPMRZQ.img just replace it with ur gta3.img file. location: rockstar games/gta sa/models
cleo with snow fx included: http://www.sendspace.com/file/cxwfp9 just paste it in the main folder of ur game.
