Title: kart should be count as motor vehicle.

hi i would like to suggest: a kart that can be parked like a motor slot,
because:
- it is a small size vehicle
- a quad is almost the same(special small vehicle.)
- it can be parked at every home!

kart is still a car, it cant be counted as motorbike since its not one :|

what makes a car a car?
4 wheels?
a quad has 4 wheels too
so kart can still be counted as a motorbike

Lets say we go ahead with this one, all we need to change is a rule right?
But the motivation behind this rule is, bikes have usually 2 wheels, that seperates them from the cars.
A kart is certainly not a motor/bike vehicle.


I think its better to class them as ''special vehicle'' ''exception to parking rules (grass-rule)''

yeah konali that's my point :)
but only for the vehicles: mower, kart and sweeper.
(tracktor not anymore because that is too close to a normal car and its to big for using a "special vehicle-slot")
hope mick or other admins will respond too :)
