Title: unspawn command

I suggest an /unspawn command for club leaders so they can unspawn cars in their base reducing lag areas mainly. Also, unspawn for your own personal cars. to lazy to type more because I'm on my phone, but I'm sure you could imagine more uses for this command.

+1 when $nake logs on 80 vehicles spawn and same with zedd or other high slot people.

it's mainly about vehicles in clubs but +1 :P
