ITs loks pretty good, i have about the same, but detailed specs are better.
Go to start > type "dxdiag" > run it. Screenshot the (system) and (display) tabs for us.

This is my school pc :P and i probelly want to play the new ETS 2 or something on it if it can handle it... because my Acer gaming pc that i got home is old and full of shit, and cant almost handle it on lowest settings -.-
The Cpu + Ram are pretty decent for a laptop. The graphics is a bit, ehhh, its standard, nothing to be excited of.
