Hey guys , here i am gonna tell you how to install Cam Hack ....
First off all u need to have cleo installed .
You can get the software here at this link =>

Once u have downloaded it , install it .
Then you need to download that Camhack file . Which is available here

And when you finish downloading u have to paste that camhack file in your
Cleo folder , which is situated at Rockstar games > GTA San Andreas > Cleo folder ..
Once you are finished doing that go in-game
get in a vehicle press " , " ( comma ) to activate it and " . " ( full stop ) to deactivate it . You can use num keys to adjust it .
It will appear like This..

some camhacks don't need CLEO to function.
