san andreas has already good brakes comparing to truck simulators.
and btw how do u want to make it work genius?

This would be a mod type of thing that you would install on YOUR game (if you can find a mod).

It is NOT something that Mick will script into the gameplay.

I know a script that make an instant stop when pressing a key, i know mick wont add it of course.
