Only yellow painted rims are paintable(using secondary car paint for rims)!!!!

Installation: If you have SAMI you can just simply click wheels.sami file and it will install automatically
Instalation2:1. Replace all wheel_xxx.dff files
2. Add to gta3.img file Fm3_Wheels.txd file
3. replace veh_mods.ide file at X:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data\maps\veh_mods

yeah, alot of ppl are using Matheus-340 rims pack on their mods, because Matheus has allowed that but with some credit for him :)
