Do I remember well that owned boats can be parked wherever owner wants? (I mean, at seashores). Or do I have to park them at ports?
You can /anchor (/park fot boats) it anywhere in the water.
Just some tips:
- Don't anchor it on land, or it can be clamped (obvious)
- Don't park it blocking ferry.

Don't park it there, where the big cargo ship is going @ LS.
