He was so close to dying. Luckily nothing exploded or he didnt get ran over.
The vehicle with the dashcam is (for what I have read) a bus.

Obviously in Russia.

Actually, if metal were to scrape against something, if it sparked it would ignite the petrol vapor = bang.
