uhm not wanna be 'sherlock' but all the videos are not from 2012.... they are all from 19xx-20xx, i remember when the birds were falling from the sky.. that was becouse of the wrong air and stuff... so no its fake
Watching this with earphones was a bad idea. You know, anything with a dramatic soundtrack is capable of making you scared.

yea the mayines or what ever there called didn't count the leap years
All that i've heard about this is that the mayans made this spiritual ancient calender. This calender has been worked out to end on the 21st of the 12th this year.
