I would like to see if anyone has a tunable phoenix mod preferably not a very HQ one.

Phoenix dosen't have his unique parts like WAA Or Loco Cars. Phoenix's parts are the same of all other vehicles on transfender you will need to find a mod for transfender parts and find a car that replaces phoenix and also is compatible with it, :P hope that helps
