Google "CCS" Or Cascading Style Sheet, it's a basic tag language that allows you to modify aesthetics without screwing with the HTML page. It's extremely simple, and easy to fuck around with. It's extremely versatile for web developers.

I have tried to figure it out but I cannot.. there is two pictures... one for the background and one for the middle of the page, and I was trying all sorts of crap and cannot figure it out... and that CSS webpage didnt help either because its all html stuff

Personally, i type all my signatures up in HTML, then i convert. Its easier (for me) and learning it in HTML gives you an instant knowledge (and its wayyyyy more "customizable" with HTML) of CSS. Its very similar!
Ima just wait til weekend when i have access to a pc. So hard to do on a mobile lol
