about 2 weeks ago my hard drive died so a had to put a new one in, witch meant i lost all my data.
on the new HD iv updated everthing (drivers,windows updates, ect) and for some reason gta wont open up at all, iv tryed many things to try and get to work, so if any of you guys have an idea why its working please post it would help me alot

Try right click on gta sa.exe, optins, search for 'Windows XP Service Pack 3' to run as. Select it and see if it goes
