Let's start, now i put you some shity screens making of.. then short video and after it i put all stuff used to get that screen. If you want get this on SAMP, it's impossible or i dont know how to make it. WORK ONLY ON GTA 4.

I would believe that this is the SA mod for GTA IV... it uses the IV engine and everything but the mod adds all of San Andreas in GTA IV so you can play it..
