If you look closely. you can see that the download has been going for 4 hours now. Only about to finish. Yet I have a tonne of speed on standbye. No idea why. Has anyone got any ideas?

try another game, try to download other thing like a youtube video by atube catcher, if the problem still remains shut down your pc, plug off router and modem for 2 minuts and them connect modem, then 2 minuts later connect router and them turn on your pc, have a good day sir, thank you for calling tech support.

It still is an internet problem. I had no problem downloading the same game at the same time, so it's not Steam, it's your internet/computer.

it is a local steam problem. I have looked around. Most probable reason os some steam bitrate setting ect..

Edit: Seen more stuff. Some people reckon its summer sale, location choice and if i have it capped. Ill check it tomorrow.
