Just like to say that mick came on yesterday and gave some more new houses, although I didn't and wasn't interested in buying any, it's good to see some more houses being made, as the server is definitely in need of them.

I personaly would say we still need more :)) I mean what harm can it do having atleast one of each slot type ( An extreme example i know ) Besides giving players more choice and where and what they live in? as i know myself me and my two friends want to live near each other for when we go on drives but there is no choice, you get the slot you need no matter where it is.. More houses could only make the server better and more interesting O:-)

I agree with you for the fact that these prices are bullshit, but you know, 2 years ago prices where cheaper due to the fact that having 5-10 millions at those times meant to be a super rich ass, now everyone can easily arrive with some work at 10-20 etc millions, so if mick put these prices, he know that lots of players already have around 20 millions in their banks, so if really someone want it he have only to work hard a little. The bullshit still remain if we consider that the price is not fair in relation of the number of slots. That's all.

Anyway back on topic, I think houses are a tad overpriced, the reason they're overpriced is due to lack of houses, not necessarily more players. there's plenty of map space off into the ocean to have "suburbs" of houses, they'll have no point to them except "housing projects" thus giving players more chance to move around with houses.

Personally I believe with your house there was some biast behind it, it was constantly put onto not available until you were on the server and someone else was. So please cut the bullshit on how everyone got cheated on prices, it was you who got a bargain for some reason.

Theres 3 left as of this post, how many were added cause they're getting eaten up like crazy. People need something to spend their money on more then just houses I think, but nice to have more houses at the least.

I'm lucky I got my 3 slot when I did, it was my 4th ever.
I've owned two in LS, one on Lowlands, one on fir (all 3 slots).
Low lands was 4 mill, both LS were 3mill, and Fir was 4.5m.
finaly when i got the money for a 3 slot ( 7 mil ) i cant buy a house cuze the fucking campers -.- :horror:
