Title: MTA Makes SAMP Crash!
Post by: Jenova_Project on June 24, 2012, 21:46
I have just installed MTA and I noticed whenever I try to launch a server in SAMP, It doesn't launch and then it gives me OpCodes! Do you guys know how to fix this problem?

I'm sure MTA installs into its own folder, are you 100% sure its MTA? Try uninstalling MTA and re-try on SAMP. You'll easily figure out the rest.  :)

Install another MTA and use that for mta.  MTA deletes nothing.

just for reference, you cant install SAMP and MTA in the same folder... you need to follow these steps (What I have done)

1. install SA
2. make a folder called backed up SA and copy paste the entire SA folder files as back up
3. copy and paste those backup files into a new folder called SAMP
4. download and install SAMP into the newly named SAMP folder
5. take the same backup files from folder, copy and paste in a new folder called MTA [version] (meaning what version is it, I have ver 1.1.1 an ver 1.3 on my computer)
6. download and install MTA into the newly name MTA folder

now you can have SAMP, MTA and a clean version of SP all at once... you could even make a fourth folder and cal it Testing, or something similar so when you want to test a mod, you can see how it'll look before putting it in your SAMP folder
