Edit:
How to install this mod? It consists of too many dffs and txds and there is no readme for correct installation, besides that file "EVO no spl.dff" is not even in GTA3.img so what about that.

Evo no spl.dff is a car model without stock spoiler as extra. And those many dff's are tuning parts. All are in gta3.img file. If you replace them correctly it will work perfectly :)

EDIT: YOu can rename evonospl.dff to sultan.dff and use it as same model as the other car.

You can replace it with elegy, but you will need to rename all parts.
