Convoy Trucking

My suggestion is that another cop vehicle is the Coast Guard boat. I have seen many suspects that use boats and they are very hard to arrest, so now the cops can arrest when the suspect is on a boat. Let me know what you think...

Not needed as most people just /x when they all into the water. And Dinghys can go on forever.

Also I believe that boat has a gun onboard so it would need to be disabled that requires further hastle.

you can use any boat to arrest just like you can use any car so this is not needed nor wanted
