Im searching for a mod that let your lights flash like ELM but that other players CANT see im SAMP, just for yourself only.
If anyone have a mod like that or know a mod give me a link.

i think s0beit got an option with flashing lights like elm but idk if the others can see it too and if it is allowed...

Actually it is, open the video in Youtube and look at the comments. People talk about Elegy + sobeit. I think its just a texture mod for the land, and using MTA or something and mapping a drifting mountain, and a plane for the camera at the start.

that right there tells you its not allowed, and your video is gone "due to copyright grounds" isnt there a cleo that could do that, without other people seeing?

It can be done, but I have never tried it.
People who make client sided neon car mods know it, and there are tutorials for it. Just like you see the airplanes have green/orange flashing lights in the wings, and one EMZone truck mod (which looks like Roadtrain) also got orange flashing lights on the roof, they use the same concept. It can be made to any color of choice. Something related to RWanalyze (what we call dff unlocker).
So yeah I think its very much possible, but needs skill to make such a mod. Player, "ihate" knows about this i guess.

i know this cars, but that is not what i mean. I mean something like ELM mod. A mod that let your lights flash.
But Did u like those mods :D
And i think they cant be found.
And if these non ELM flashing light systems exist i think its very hard do find them.

I have installed that Roadtrain some months ago but the camera position was wrong placed and gave me a shit few.
Any mods you get that make lights flash everyone will see.
