The People's State of San Andreas is a micronation founded by President Migs Caldeo (me) which is located in Manila, Philippines (serves as its capital) with territories in America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The country was founded on May 7, 2012. It currently has 24.5 sq. km. of territory with 22 citizens.

its just an organization, but maybe they make a country (a base probably) soon if they got enough citizens (members)
