I have gone to a maximum of around 300 with Nrg on straight road (without slopes)

This is way too much, something i cannot expect. :/

All servers have different top speeds as well if you are going by there speedometer.

Because all speedometers are scripted differently.

If you have your own speedometer (like cleo speedometer or cam hack meter, etc.) then it will be same in all servers (but the server speedometer would be different)
