GTA SA is all in one.
It got story, gangs, car races, driving/flying schools, very nice gameplay, we can fly airplanes and attach trailers of different types + Hell lot of more!!!
GTA IV is realistic, but it sucks. I hardly play it. Its boring. So I improve graphics on GTA SA + realistic handling car mods because GTA SA is awesome.
Waiting for GTA V, lets see if it will suck like IV.
