Except that ram or hsf would not work with the rest of the stuff :)
woudld be ideal for a kiosk or internet cafe. Just slap a ubuntu there and you got even few GB of space for files
First off, I already did something like this.
Second, You don't need that GPU.
Third, You didn't put any effort into this... I could find a much cheaper computer... And 480 watts?!!?!?!??!?!!? ARE YOU INSANE?!?!?!?!??!

That would be better solution for that mini ITX board, and dump the graphics card
My calculator, with 8-bit display and probably 8-bit memory, and 1.5 V button cell battery power supply is cheaper at only $10. My UPS is a solar panel. Oh yeah.
