I just made it in photoshop and txd editor. I'll probably make a bunch then upload them if anyone wants them.
If anyone has a suggestion for a billboard, let me know.
So far I have:

Nice BTW, and how to replace them?
Can You give us the .txd files for it?
@Twitter, Alci's Img Editor, IMG Tool, replace just the texture files.
I create the images in photoshop. Then you have to go in MTA and look which billboard uses what txd file. Then go in img tool and find that txd. Extract the txd to some new folder. Open the txd with txd workshop to see which images are in there. You can then drag and drop your new images into the txd workshop area. I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I always make sure my images are named exactly the same as the image I'm replacing. After importing the image, double click on it in txd workshop and compress it. Then save your new txd (has to be the same name but different location). Go back in img tool and replace the txd with the new one you just created. Start GTA.
Oh also, when you make your images, make sure you make them the same dimensions as the ones you are replacing. Most are 256x128 pix. I could probably make High Resolution billboards but it might require a remapping of the image in zmodeler.
I know it probably sounds like a big ordeal, but once you do it, it's not bad.
Oh and twitter, I'll get right on that billboard. Do you have a preference for which billboard it replaces?

LV entrance? Just one in or near LV
Also, I made a convoy trucking advertisement to get rid of the old annoying ads on the artic 1 trailer:

just think of how many of those there are in SA.. you could have some fun
That reminds me, twitter do you want any other billboards? because I can replace them at the same time just as easily. There are about 5 on the same file. Replacing them doesnt increase file size unless I go to high def, which im not yet.
Sweet

Rubber! Can i please have that Dumper Mod? I love the Tri Axle... :) Please send me the link!
bran, ask racer. You need to get both our permission for it because we both worked on it. I could care less, but I haven't talked to racer yet. So be patient until further notice.
Ok. Np. But i would love to be able to use it! Did you guys convert it or was it made from scratch?

its all there..
Rubber, can you give me the download link from the billboards, I like them.
Nice work.
For game, I made this combination:
CVT girl
CVT logo
Peterbilt truck
his house picture
ford GT
and shelby '69
txd is attached. All you have to do is locate that file in the gta3.img file and replace it with the new one. Note that it is the txd file you need, not the zip folder.
That is very nice indeed ;)
Very nice rubber! :D
Here's my '71 Corvette Stingray. I'd love it on a billboard :))

OMG I love it :)!!
Can you send me a download link :o?
And maybe how to install.
The location is nice :)
Here is hobo's txd file
Nice :)
Well Done Rubber..
I want the links..
The way this works: If you want some billboards, let me know and I will put them on a file. For the most part, I can't decide which one goes where because the files are split up. For example, all the billboards on one file I use are located on the east side of LV. If you want a file made for east LV, select up to 6 (I think) pictures you want and I will make a file and upload it.
Rubber is now accepting applications for pictures on billboards.
send a Self Addressed Stamp Envelope to
Rubbers Sign Co.
PO Box 123
Las Venturas, San Andreas 90210
Please be sure to include what picture you want and where you want it, You need to give details, not just SF but maybe a picture of the billboard you want it on would help..
Thank you for your cooperation, your billboard will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. sorry no CODs.
(COD = Check on delivery)
LOL im just messing with you rubber
It's actually PO box 480.

All billboards is very simple, now you don't need to know which one you want, you just want to edit all billboards files.
So do this:
download a billboard mod.
by this now you know which files to edit (you can edit them as well)
so use software Txd workshop, open Txd file, see the different images inside it, export as PNG, use photoshop skills (or any other software), save PNG, import back on the txd file through the TXD workshop software.
And there you go. New billboard!
