I want to suggest something to Mick. If he can and if is possible to do something about big convoys. Because when you are in the big convoy (lets say about 25 - 30 players), load and unload point becomes impossible. Every player is pushing other players in convoy to make their way to load or unload cargo and thats when mess starts. It's not possible to get in and get out or even turn your truck around with ur trailer. Lider says 1 by 1 but noone respects that. Everyone is trying to be first.
Why we can't do big convoy without ramming each other or blocking and that kind of stuff.
If someone is ramming etc just /remove him from the convoy.. also when You are doing a good convoy You can't invite just every single guy to it but try to find some responsible players which can drive with you.

make that /lead cmd is automaticly turned on when it's more then idk 20 players ... or if it's possible to make sequence, witch player will go when...idk...

agree with u Strato. but when you are in convoy like this today with Rahail, theres no order. every player need to push away other players. There are some players who will respect lets say order ... 1 by 1 or 2 by 2 ... but there's also "noobs" who always must to be first...

So first off all You made a suggestion but You don't know what's the point of it.. okay. 2 the convoy leader is the only one that is going to decide about things like /lead.. if You don't like that Your leader is doing it, just leave the convoy and make an own one with Your own rules.
Big convoys should be fun and create a nice feeling. But yes there are also negative sides as in long waiting, high chance to get sandwiched at load/unload. But in the end its also a bit the responsability from the leader to know the unloads and know if its capable enough to unload there.
For example: when doing a30+ convoy, as leader you should not choose SAN news or SSF autoparts as unload/load spot. But also regular convoy leaders should be patient.
I cant come up with a suggestion for this, but big convoys is one of the best things of this server and its really really great to be in one and see orange maps all over the place. SOme big convoys suck and others dont.

what's the purpose of big convoy? u get sandwiched at load / unload as u say Konali, and u must wait "3 years" to get on with new mission, and u don't get any money of it...u earn about same amount as u drive alone on long distance or with few player in ur convoy

Seems u did not read everything i said lol xD, Big convoys are fun, with the proper management, but also the other members that behave themself. One of the methods is: drive everthing in a line, leader always in front. No one goes on their own initiative. etc etc.
