Convoy Trucking

These days, since club leaders can send messages to all members,

Messages get annoying sometimes and we don't wanna read them compulsorily when we join the server.
So i suggest that making reading messages becomes optional so that we can read them whenever we want to (by typing /messages) instead of them poping on our screen as we log in and forcing us to read them.

How do u want to know if ur Car/Truck/Trailer/etc. is clamped. So a -1 from me :)

there should be auto-added a club name in brackets, like [MY Cool Club] Donate or we will kick your ass! :P
