Really dont see the benefits in adding these two vehicle, but yet again you can purchase a mower on the server so why not.

Sweeper is awesome, why not. Sure, its kinda pointless, but then again, why the hell can you then buy Mower, Mr.Whoppee, hotdog, caddy, etc ?
