apply the right hexadecimal code of the color in braces, and you got it. You can search hexadecimal codes for different colors by clicking here (http://www.forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php/topic,16764.0.html)
syntax:
{hexadecimalcode}

/setwelcomemessage doesn't work with colors, only trough /settings > welcome message
