yeah it can, i remember when i was capped once, and i could barely type /work with out desyncing.

is capped an aussie word for a limit on like bandwith or speed you have.. cause I was wondering here for a minute

your plans capped, youve gone over your monthly quota. here, some ISP's charge you say 15 cents per 1MB you go over, better plans just slow down your speed @ the quota limit until your monthly charge is passed, then your quota resets.

I have sometimes same I type /work or /startconvoy or any mostly using commands nd they working after 10 mins I don't know why.. :) but it's happens ;(
