I mapped something in MTA and I worked very hard... I saved it nicely and tested it severly times if I could open it, it worked.
But now I try to load the project, but everything is gone :'(
I worked more than 2 hours on it.
Can someone help me? :-\
How to get the project back?
BTW: When I click 'LOAD', I still see the project, but nothing is in the map :(
Maybe you can't to get back ,,, if you not save it ,,,

But I saved it every time I left, and now its gone :(
Go to Object List and double click a random object to locate it. Then just see what happened
projects names cant have spaces in them u need to use a _
haha i had the same issue xD
I saved my projects as: konali island
but as droc said, mta doesnt reconise map files with a space in it.
So when u saved ur maps with a space, change the names and metafile and it would load it.
if you named it "my map" you have to change the name to "my_map" (without quotes of course) then you need to do a couple of things to get it to load
1. rename it with the _ in it of course
2. open your meta file and where it says map name and map source and change the following:
<info type="map"name="my_map" author="author of map (should be your name you use on MTA)" version="1.0.2"></info>
<map src="my_map.map" dimension="0"></map>
then File>Save your meta and then reload your MTA or simply disconnect/reconnect if already loaded up.
good luck mate
The name was: RoadworksTheStrip
so no spaces, and i couldn't find my project back :(
:sadtroll: Fuck you mta .. thanks guys ;)
And if you go to the folder from mta where it saves the maps, are they there?
