Convoy Trucking

Readd the announcement in main chat when someone buy a vehicle, it was nice to see who buy what. It is also a satisfaction for a player who buy a expensive car seeing that all players gz him, and it's anyway nice to gz someone wich you think he did a good purchase.

gz spamm is stupid reason for delete the announcement, nobody have ever complained or annoyed about that, and it still exist when someone buy a house. If this is a community then everybody have the rights to share a simple but important action like as buying a car!

Maybe to add announcement if someone bought cars which price are 250.000+ ?

I have a better idea: remove the 'x has towed x to garage' from tow missions, and bring back the 'player bought car' announcement.
