Hi when I read my information about the server, I noticed that in the country space is written Europe, I would like to have Italy as country, how can I put Italy in the country heading?

unfortunately you cannont change it, its an error with a program Mick uses to detect someones ID I think.

or at least thats been the case with people in the past

We cant change that for you.
You could try to get another IP and see if that works.
But i doubt it:(
