Title: Fuel Estimation
Post by: ihatetn931 on February 17, 2012, 14:56
Not to sure if this had been suggested before. This is somthing i just thought up, would be a nice little addition.

Somthing that shows how many miles/km you have left on a tank of fuel.

Kinda like Estimated fuel left.

Even if you want to you can also add how many miles/km you're getting in gallons/liters.

+1 is not a bad idea, would not be useful but convenient to see if, for example, one can get up to WC Truckstop when you're in Las Venturas....
A tank of fuel lasts about 30 km...

thats why you keep a look out on your fuel bars, if you have 3 left and are near quarry and you have to go to bayside, go get gas at red county there...

the thing what u must fix here its the fuel consuming ... i mean WTF ! u can run 30 kms with a full tank of gas ? SRSLY ... irl with a full tank of gas u can run hundreds of kms with a small car, and with a truck tank i bet u can run thousand miles ...

yes i know it would be preety weird to run 100 kms / day only with a tank of fuel ... wheres the fun of fueling ... BUT u could make the gas consume a little bit smaller... i mean WTF ... if i go from P.Creek to Angel pine my full tank gets empty ...

Come on buddy in a semi you only get 300 miles to a tank roughly 600 km  they have enourmous diesel engines lets get real here.

This isnt real life.. I like how it is now.

And I also see no point in this suggestion. Having to calculate and take risks to fill or not are part of making CVT exciting. We dont need this crap.

Might be useful but more then normally they are inaccurate, well irl ones. My car will say 220kms left and last 170kms or 210kms based on whether its highway or town driving and how many people and what is inside the car and whether its been lead footed. So yeah......
