use [google]ccleaner[/google] (free), clean ur system, fix registery..
use [google]comodo antivirus[/google] (free), clean ur system..
use [google]combofix[/google] (free), clean ur system..
use [google]defraggler[/google] (free), defrag ur whole HDD..

if u still need sth better, use [google]AVG PC Tuneup 2011[/google], but u should have a crack, ask me..

to be sure, do each of them..
