Ok I was thinking in my mind of this and there be a chance of not bailing. For example if you got jail time about 20-30 minutes you can't get bail. Then below that theres a chance you won't be bailed out.

Always sitting 20mins for noting.

I am confused but I believe I will say -1. You can always bailout unless you don't have the money on hand I think it is. Anyways if someone wants to spend 20k on getting bail then yeah let em. :)

so you want the same option people have when they get the rudeboy achievement and the try to use breakout but it fails, you want to have something that when you use bailout your money is rejected or something??

Instead of just "-1" it, how about we build on it.
For example say if you /paybail, it only pays half of the money therefore reducing the time by half? But have a small chance of it happening perhaps? Say there is a 5% chance of fail.
Within that perhaps 50% chance of 50% time reduction, 20% - 75% of jail term reduced & 30% chance of 90% jail time reduction? Each having a payment. I know its complex but you could probably break it down to something similar. Just a rough idea.
Nah I don't see why people can not bail? It's their own money and if they want to use that to bail out of jail why not?
+1 if you mean this: people that get jailed for 23 mins need to wait 3 mins and then can bail
if you mean they can't bailout after that 3 mins -1 :P
