This is to find out when we can maximize the amount of bikes out in the event etc.
Times are in GMT, so just convert to your local zone (basic addition or subtraction).
Note there is no date yet, however it will probably be on a weekend

well for me it'll be 1pm, i duno about you though, that why i started this, to see the best time


12am is midnight right?

Well, none of those times are really fitting, but midnight GMT would be the best, meaning 1 AM for me.. As long as it's weekend, please
