i had same problem but im pretty sure its too high graphics for your computer when you are playing multiplayer. try some lower settings on multiplayer

On multiplayer everything is invisible but players and vehicles.

That ENB is configured for single Player not multiplayer.

What clutch said. You're using probally 7500c test2 or 3 and I think 1 is the samp one. Even though it wasn't made for samp, test 2 was but test 2 doesn't work lol
