I have a small question.
If a friend of mine had the password to my car (authorized by me) and uses it while I'm offline, with not insurance, if the car had an accident or go into the sea, my car would be lost?

You don't lose it if it goes into the sea, only when it blows up.

If it goes into water, you'll probably have to pay 15k to restore it if you didn't park it before or can't get it out

If it blows up, then no. It's gone.
